The S.H.E Foundation was established to assist girls, boys, young women and men who have encountered childhood trauma. Trauma ranging from molestation, domestic violence, to anxiety and depression! We are a supportive team who make ourselves available through and during the healing process as you face your truth. Being honest with yourself is important. We encourage self love, and empowerment through Prayer. Your truth and inner peace is what matters! Its a journey and we encourage you to trust the process.
